Job summary

Grandmama’s in Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Content Creator & Graphic Designer to elevate our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn and more.

You will plan, produce and publish engaging content in line with the marketing calendar, including daily Stories showing behind-the-scenes moments, team activities and customer experiences. A portfolio demonstrating branding, social content and design work is required.

Qualifications

• Strong design sensibility with branding, typography, layout and colour understanding.
• Proven ability to create static and short-form video content for social media.
• Excellent English copywriting with Chinese copywriting skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce and publish engaging content aligned with the marketing calendar.
• Develop at least three feed posts per week (Reels/carousels) with storytelling angles.
• Design posters, social media creatives, event visuals and promotional assets.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across online and offline materials.
• Capture and edit photography and video during events and activities.
• Collaborate with media, KOLs and agencies to run campaigns.
• Monitor performance data and suggest improvements based on trends.
