Job summary

FirePitz Group, a fast-growing F&B group in Malaysia, seeks a marketing enthusiast who can shape our brand’s identity and digital presence. You’ll help tell our story and connect with food lovers everywhere.

You will generate engaging content, edit photos and videos, publish daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, manage follower interactions, support campaigns, track metrics, and ensure all content reflects our brand voice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator or in Social Media Marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong photography and videography skills for food and beverage content.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Malay and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)..
• Flexible with working hours, especially evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Content Generation: Research and develop fresh, engaging ideas for daily posts and capture high-quality photos and videos of food, beverages, and the restaurant atmosphere.
• Post-Production: Edit photos and videos rapidly and optimize for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
• Social Media Execution: Write, edit, and publish daily posts; monitor trends and viral audios.
• Community Management: Respond promptly to follower questions and comments, fostering a positive online community.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the creative team to execute visual assets for promotions and events.
• Reporting: Track social metrics and identify opportunities to boost interaction.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure content follows brand tone, voice, and aesthetics.
