Job summary

SANTINO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Group Digital Content Creator to head hands-on content production and visual brand identity across our multi-brand portfolio to international standards.

You will own the end-to-end pipeline—from concept and scripting to shooting, editing and scheduling premium assets for Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube, ensuring each brand retains its unique voice while meeting group-wide benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in multi-brand digital content creation, photography, and videography.
• Experience managing a portfolio of brands in F&B, hospitality or lifestyle luxury sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and maintain a 4-week omnichannel content calendar for multiple brands.
• Script, shoot, and edit high-impact videos and premium lifestyle photography.
• Optimize content for Xiaohongshu (XHS), Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Coordinate batching across JB and Singapore outlets to maximize output without sacrificing quality.
• Monitor regional and international trends and adapt them to premium content layouts.
