Job summary

Dome Cafe Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Marketing & Content Designer to join our team in Malaysia. You will craft marketing assets for campaigns, promotions, product launches, and festive menus, while producing polished print and digital materials for in-café use and social channels.

You will develop original content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, collaborate on brand campaigns, and manage projects end-to-end with attention to detail and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Creative and curious with an interest in design, social media, content, and lifestyle trends.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and responsible in handling assigned projects.

• Commercial-minded with strong attention to detail and understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing assets for campaigns, promotions, product launches, festive menus and brand activations.
• Prepare polished, print-ready artwork for posters, table talkers, menu inserts and in-café materials.
• Create digital assets and visually engaging materials for social media, the website, eDMs, delivery platforms and other promotional channels.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, maintain visual consistency and reflect DÔME Café’s premium positioning.
• Adapt existing visuals into the required formats and sizes, including resizing, localisation and versioning.
• Develop and create original content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, highlight covers and carousels.
• Collaborate with team members on visual storytelling, content angles and brand campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
• Organise all working files, creative assets and final artwork according to the Company’s internal folder structure.
• Ensure artwork files are clearly labelled, dated and easily accessible to the Marketing and Operations teams.
• Liaise with external printers and vendors, when required, to coordinate artwork handover and production specifications.
• Follow the approval process for all design submissions and maintain clear revision tracking.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, digital media, software and creative tools to continuously strengthen the Company’s creative output.
• Manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and final deliverables are completed to the highest quality.
• Conduct shoots and capture engaging content featuring our food, beverages and café environments.
• Maintain an organised library of reusable imagery, graphics and branded templates.
