Job summary

House of Gamtan Sdn Bhd is seeking a Social Media and Marketing professional to manage and grow the brand’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels in Kuala Lumpur. You will plan campaigns, create engaging content, coordinate with influencers, and support new outlet launches and promotions.

The role requires a strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, with good English communication. Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience in F&B, lifestyle, or influencer marketing is an advantage.
• Comfortable communicating with influencers, creators, and marketing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage GAMTAN's Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
• Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns and restaurant promotions.
• Create engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikTok videos.
• Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots.
• Identify and collaborate with KOLs, KOCs, food influencers, and content creators.
• Organize influencer invitations, tasting events, and new outlet launch campaigns.
• Develop creative viral marketing ideas and offline events.
• Support new outlet openings and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer trends, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with restaurant operations teams and management.
