Job summary

Newstar Agencies Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Outdoor Sales professional to drive new business and manage key accounts in the shipping/logistics sector. You will identify opportunities, present services, and cultivate long-term client relationships through regular visits and responsive support.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with willingness to travel frequently and carry transportation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in shipping or logistics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transportation and willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote company services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct regular visits to customers to provide a personalized service and gather feedback.
