Job summary

KEYENCE (M) Sdn Bhd invites fresh graduates to join our sales team in Subang Jaya. You will handle end-to-end sales, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing with a focus on automation solutions for manufacturers.

The role requires strong communication, willingness to travel within Malaysia, and the ability to work at our Subang office before Southkey launch. Ideal candidates are self-starters with drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and a fleet of strong presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, engineering background not required.
• Mandarin language ability preferred due to client base.
• Fresh graduates welcome; no prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle: identify, develop, propose, negotiate, and close deals.
• Promote products over the phone to qualify leads before appointments.
• Visit customers and demonstrate products to end users.
• Assess customer operations to prove solutions and persuade purchases.
• Handle product-line sales within the assigned territory and track performance.

Job description

Promoting and offering consultancy services with Keyence product related to Quality assurance/Quality control, Production Engineering, Research and Development field in various manufacturing industries.

Working in full sales cycle: discover, develop, propose, negotiate, and closing

Actively promoting our products over the phone to qualify customers before appointments.

Visiting potential customers and performing product demonstration to end user directly.

Through asking customers’ operation and application testing, proving our solution and persuading customer to purchase our products.

Managing certain product-line sales in the assigned territory.

Reviewing and analysing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets sustainably.

Attending team meeting and training session with colleagues to improve sales skill & technical knowledge on product applications.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in ANY background, in any Engineering background

Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients

No work experience required, Fresh Graduates are very welcome to apply

Candidates need to have own vehicle

Able to work physically in ouroffice Southkey

Candidate would temporary based in Subang Office before Southkey branch once office officially launch

Enjoy frequent travelling (around 3 days per week) within Malaysia
