Job summary

Armani Group Malaysia is seeking a Construction Technical Assistant (Architecture) to develop detailed architectural and site plans for multiple properties. You will work closely with architects and engineers to produce precise layouts and technical drawings essential for construction and development.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Architecture or CAD Drafting, at least 5 years of experience in technical or construction settings, and the ability to manage both 3D and 2D

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical or construction-related role.
• Experience with construction details and all phases of technical drawings.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with team.
• Proactive and able to take initiative as directed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction details and technical drawings across all project phases, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Prepare detailed constructability drawings.
• Collaborate with director, architect and project managers to translate design concepts into deliverables.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards throughout all project phases.
• Explore technical details from the designed stage.
• Manage both 3D and 2D design projects effectively.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

You will be responsible for developing detailed architectural and site plans for various properties. Working closely with architects and engineers, you will produce precise layouts and technical drawings essential for construction and development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction details and technical drawings across all project phases, ensuring compliance with experience.
• Prepare detailed constructability drawings.
• Collaborate with director, architect and project managers, to bring design concepts to life and ensure timely completion of all project phases.
• Comply with technical details and ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards throughout all project phases.
• Exploring technical details from the designed stage.
• Proficient in effectively managing both 3D and 2D design projects.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Professional Certificate in Architecture, CAD Drafting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical or construction-related role.
• Experience on construction details and all phases technical drawings.
• Ability to work under pressure together with the team.
• Proactive and able to take initiative in response to direction or instruction.
