Job summary

Zalam Corporation Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Civil & Structure Site Coordinator (Infra) in Gopeng, Perak. This full-time role focuses on coordinating civil and structural works, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, and quality across infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering or construction management degree with at least five years of site experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Mandarin-speaking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Coordinator or similar role in civil and infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction processes.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities for civil and structural works per plans.
• Monitor project progress and mitigate delays.
• Liaise among site teams, engineers, contractors and management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations on site.
• Manage site documentation and quality records.
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries on site.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Assist in pre-construction planning and safety briefings.
• Maintain labour, equipment usage, and cost records.
