Job summary

Dwisolar Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to manage and supervise a construction site in line with health and safety guidelines. You will assess hazards, determine risks and maintain a safety program throughout the project lifecycle.

You will set performance goals, organize workflow, monitor progress, and support site inspections with engineers or project managers. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in first-line management or a related field.
• High school diploma; a BSc/BA is an advantage.
• Proven supervisor experience.
• Familiarity with company policies and field guidelines.
• Ability to learn various job descriptions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Valid Yellow Book.
• Data center knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision and communicate them to workers.
• Organize workflow and ensure that workers understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Monitor workers' productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Monitor project site progress.
• Assist engineer or project manager for site inspection.
• Receive complaints and resolve problems.
• Prepare and submit daily site diary or performance reports.
• Train new workers.
