Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem-solving skills to tackle issues on site.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors on civil construction projects.
• Familiarity with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor construction progress and report regularly to the Project Manager.
• Ensure sufficient materials, tools, and manpower are available to meet project schedules.
• Enforce site safety rules, regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
• Inspect workmanship quality and rectify any defects or non-conformance when necessary.
• Maintain daily site records, reports, and site documentation.
• Ensure works are completed on time and in accordance with the approved construction schedule.
