Job summary

SPA INTEGRATED SDN. BHD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure drawings are followed, and manage safety and quality on site.

You will coordinate with contractors, monitor progress, and prepare reports while upholding safety and DOSH requirements. A background of 2–3 years in site supervision and strong communication skills is preferred. The role requires on-site work and independent initiative to ensure project milestones are met with adherence to safety

Qualifications

• 2–3 years working experience in construction/site supervision.
• Knowledge in site safety, construction operations and compliance requirements.
• Able to work independently and on-site.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities and monitor work progress according to drawings, specifications & schedule.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH requirements and Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994.
• Monitor and enforce site safety compliance at all times.
• Conduct daily site inspections, safety briefings and toolbox meetings.
• Prepare HIRARC and ensure implementation of risk control measures.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and overall site requirements.
• Handle site safety documentation, reports and related paperwork.
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly site progress reports and highlight any site issues.
