Job summary

PEMBINAAN TEGUH MAJU SDN BHD is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to oversee occupational safety at our construction sites in Malaysia. You will monitor operations, enforce safety rules, and drive a strong safety culture among workers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident investigations, and coordinating with the Safety & Health Officer and project management to uphold the OSH framework on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in OSH or related field.
• OS&H certification and DOSH/JKKP recognition preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of site safety supervision experience.
• Experience with risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety management and ensure OSH compliance on site.
• Conduct daily inspections, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures.
• Coordinate with Safety & Health Officer and management on safety matters.
• Monitor subcontractor safety practices and enforce site rules.
• Maintain safety records, permits, and related documentation.
