Job summary

BMY RESOURCES SDN BHD in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal for ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance across our construction sites, developing and maintaining safety programmes.

You will lead inspections, training, incident investigations and risk assessments, coordinate with project managers, and maintain safety records to support regulatory audits.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or Malaysian safety diploma required
• Minimum 5 years' experience as Site Safety Supervisor in construction
• Deep knowledge of Malaysian construction safety regulations and codes
• Experience developing and implementing site safety management systems

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
• Develop and update site safety plans and procedures
• Provide safety training and inductions to site personnel
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Monitor PPE compliance and safety documentation
