Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure tasks are carried out properly and efficiently.
• Ensure all site work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Check workers' attendance and coordinate daily manpower allocation.
• Monitor the delivery and usage of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure workers comply with site safety rules, procedures, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report defects, delays, and work issues.
• Coordinate with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Prepare daily site progress reports, including manpower, work completed, materials received, and site problems.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the construction site.
• Monitor work quality and arrange corrective actions for defective or incomplete work.
• Report site problems, delays, accidents, and other significant matters to the Site Manager promptly.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and stored safely.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress when required.
• Perform other site-related duties assigned by the Site Manager or management.
