Job summary

Opal Unite Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at the project site. You will ensure works align with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule while coordinating with subcontractors and on-site teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, conducting regular site inspections for quality and safety, and maintaining comprehensive site records and progress reports for management review.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers and site activities.
• Monitor work progress and report any delays, issues or site problems to the Project Manager/Engineer.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and other relevant parties.
• Ensure proper use of materials, equipment and manpower at site.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules, procedures and requirements.
• Check and verify completed works before inspection or submission.
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports and relevant documentation.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and operational issues.
• Perform other site-related duties assigned by the management.
