Job summary

Masboh IBS Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities at site, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with drawings and project requirements.

You will monitor progress, enforce safety, prepare daily reports, and liaise with Site Manager to resolve site challenges; strong leadership and communication will be essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Construction or related field.
• Proven 3 years' experience in construction site supervision.
• Able to read basic construction drawings and work instructions.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Familiar with site safety requirements and construction SOPs.
• Able to work independently while coordinating with site teams.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction / installation activities at site.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and daily manpower allocation.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, work instructions, and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and productivity.
• Enforce site safety practices, PPE compliance, and housekeeping standards.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and report unsafe activities immediately.
• Attend weekly coordination / progress meetings with Main Contractor.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, progress updates, manpower records, and site photos.
• Highlight site issues, constraints, or practical challenges to Site Manager / Site Engineer promptly.
• Maintain discipline, attendance control, and smooth site operations.
