Job summary

Eco World in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor to independently supervise defined construction areas, ensuring safety, schedule and quality. You will coordinate main contractors and subcontractors, monitor workmanship and productivity, and guide junior site personnel on site procedures.

The role emphasizes rigorous site reporting, issue resolution, and adherence to HSE and project standards across township, high-rise and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• CIDB certification or equivalent construction certification is an advantage.
• Experience supervising multiple trades on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Independently supervise assigned construction areas and trades.
• Plan and coordinate daily work priorities with contractors.
• Verify site readiness, material availability and permits before work starts.
• Monitor sequencing to prevent clashes and delays.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Maintain accurate progress updates and site records.
