Job summary

Ecoworld International is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and safety standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and maintain accurate site records to support quality delivery.

The role emphasizes real-time problem solving, adherence to project schedules and effective communication with the project team to achieve timely, safe and compliant project execution in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Familiarity with Malaysian construction safety and site-management standards.
• Minimum of 0 to 2 years of on-site supervision experience in construction projects.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or practical site exposure in construction or property development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction work and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify that subcontractors and workers carry out work according to approved construction methodology and schedule.
• Monitor site activities for safety, quality and progress; maintain records.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors and contractors to ensure progress and resolve routine issues.
• Report significant site constraints or non-compliance promptly.
