Job summary

Ecoworld International is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor to independently oversee construction work areas, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. The role requires coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and providing practical guidance to junior site personnel.

Responsibilities include supervising site operations, ensuring compliance with drawings and specs, maintaining records, and escalating issues with clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of site supervision experience in construction or property development.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Strong coordination skills with contractors, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Experience in quality inspection, progress monitoring and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Independently supervise assigned construction areas to ensure work is carried out per drawings, specs and schedules.
• Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to align priorities and sequencing.
• Monitor progress against short-term programs and support milestone reporting.
• Inspect works and materials to ensure compliance with quality requirements and resolve defects.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress updates and photographic evidence.
• Support health, safety and environmental compliance across site operations.
