Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify and develop new sales opportunities within the construction sector in Johor Bahru. You will maintain strong relationships with existing customers, prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery from enquiry to completion.

Regularly follow up on leads, monitor progress, negotiate terms, and provide timely project updates.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Experiences in Construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and project requirements with customers.
