Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive with 2 to 5 years of construction sales experience to manage contractor relationships across major infrastructure projects. You will work with contractors, maintaining margins and supporting specification adjustments in tender submissions and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of sales experience within construction materials, concrete applications, or specialized contracting.
• Practical understanding of construction site workflows and contractor management.
• Outspoken, energetic, and confident in client-facing and networking environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service contractor accounts to secure project continuity and repeat business.
• Maintain profit margins and handle client requests for specification adjustments.
• Conduct targeted outreach and cold calls to expand the active contractor base.
• Partner with the internal specification team to support tender submissions and project delivery.
• Engage in client networking to build long-term relationships across the construction sector.
