Job summary

KMU INTERNATIONAL HOLDING SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Purchasing Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction materials, machinery, and safety products. You will source new suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate terms to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

The role includes vendor registration, GRN preparation, stock checks, and supporting ISO-related processes. Ideal candidates have experience in purchase orders, supplier performance, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and supplier management.
• Familiar with PO creation and supplier negotiations.
• Knowledge of SOPs and ISO processes.

Responsibilities

• Issue POs for construction materials and equipment; source new suppliers; obtain quotations and prepare comparisons.
• Register new vendors and maintain supplier records; chase payments with Accounts.
• Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) and assist with stock counts; ensure compliance and safety documentation.
• Lead higher-value purchases, negotiate pricing and terms; manage supplier contracts and advance payment requests.
• Support monthly purchasing reporting and help maintain ISO compliance documentation.
