Job summary

REDPYNE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Project Scheduler to plan, develop, and maintain detailed project schedules for construction initiatives.

You will work with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to gather requirements, monitor progress, and adjust timelines to reflect changes and risks. The role requires at least 2 years in scheduling within construction, proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a project scheduler or similar role in construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with schedule risk analysis and resource planning is desirable.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to gather requirements and constraints.
• Monitor schedule progress and update timelines to reflect actual activities.
• Identify conflicts, constraints, and delays; propose mitigation strategies.
• Attend project meetings and present detailed schedule reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor material deliveries, manpower, equipment, and site resources to support execution.
• Create visual aids like Gantt charts, dashboards, and process maps to communicate needs.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to align schedules with operations.
• Manage schedule revisions and communicate impacts of changes.
• Analyze project data to improve scheduling accuracy for future projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and statutory requirements.
