Job summary

MASBOH IBS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, teams and compliance.

You will plan schedules, monitor progress against budgets, establish SOPs, and lead multi-disciplinary teams including clients and subcontractors. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint, with strong Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Minimum five years of construction or project-management experience.
• Experience with SOPs/workflows and dashboards.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan project schedules, manpower and material requirements.
• Monitor progress, budgets and labour costs against plan.
• Establish SOPs, workflows and reporting systems.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage project risks, RFIs, variation works and recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, QA/QC, safety and JKKP requirements.
• Lead the project team and submit timely management reports.
