MGB Berhad is seeking a Project Manager to lead site operations from the ground up in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating internal resources and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

You will define scope with stakeholders, allocate resources, and develop plans to monitor progress. Strong leadership and risk management are essential to manage costs and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and Primavera.
• Experience with high-rise residential projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
