The role supports senior management in delivering construction projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards, liaising with contractors, consultants and clients. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budget tracking, documentation control, risk management and site coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction project management or contracts management.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and contractual procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Support schedules, budgets and resource allocation planning.
• Monitor progress and identify delays impacting delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Assist in managing project documentation including contracts and variations.
• Track contract compliance with terms and conditions.
• Support creation of progress reports and presentations for management and clients.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies.
