Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and coordination skills under fast-paced project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Liaising between team members, clients, and vendors, and organizing meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Assisting in developing project schedules, timelines, and budgets, as well as tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Ensuring project standards are met and identifying potential risks or bottlenecks to facilitate early resolution.
• Assisting with procurement, resource allocation, and maintaining project management software.
• Preparing progress reports, maintaining project files, and handling documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• To work independently with minimum supervision.
• To execute ad hoc tasks from time to time.
