Job summary

CENTER CITY JOINT ENGINEERING(MALAYSIA)SDN.BHD. is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager in Kuala Lumpur to develop and implement plans ensuring timely material delivery. You will source and manage suppliers, conduct RFQs and negotiations, and administer contracts to optimize costs.

The role involves coordinating with project, engineering, commercial, and finance teams, analyzing costs, and driving procurement efficiency within a dynamic construction-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of procurement experience with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience with Main Contractors, industrial buildings, steel structures, or data center projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP equipment, subcontract procurement, and contract administration.
• Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and commercial skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

任职要求 | Requirements

• 8年以上采购工作经验，其中至少3年以上担任采购经理或同等管理岗位。
• 具有大型建筑总承包（Main Contractor）、工业厂房、钢结构或数据中心项目采购经验。
• 熟悉建筑材料、机电设备及分包采购流程。
• 具备优秀的商务谈判、合同管理及供应商管理能力。
• 熟悉 ERP 系统及 Microsoft Office，具备良好的数据分析能力。
• 良好的英语沟通能力，会中文者优先。
• 能承受项目采购节点压力，具备较强的组织协调能力。
