Job summary

Allied Group Property Services in Penang is seeking an experienced property/condominium manager to oversee daily operations and on-site staff. The role requires ensuring safety, maintenance, and professional resident interactions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in property-related fields, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership abilities. Proficiency with property management software and office tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in property or condominium management.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the condominium complex.
• Manage and supervise on-site staff, including maintenance and security personnel.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget for the condominium.
• Enforce condominium rules and regulations, ensuring compliance from residents.
