Job summary

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur seeks a Concierge Manager to drive the concierge department in alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. You will assist the Assistant Director of Rooms to manage operations and administration, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and profitability.

Ideal candidates will have a hospitality degree or diploma, 2+ years in luxury hotel concierge leadership, and strong administrative and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager - Concierge or Concierge Manager in an international luxury hotel chain.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Membership of the Clef's d'Or would be an asset.
• Malaysian government work permit restrictions: Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident only.

The Concierge Manager is responsible to assist the Assistant Director of Rooms in managing the concierge department as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling both the operation and administration.
