WEIL Hotel Ipoh is seeking a professional Concierge to greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide information throughout their stay. You will escort guests when needed and coordinate transportation in the absence of the Chief Concierge.

Join a dynamic team at a prominent Ipoh location, delivering attentive service, maintaining hotel vehicle cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction through proactive, friendly assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Able to communicate in English; Malay is a plus.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and assist with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Provide information and directions; escort guests when possible.
• Arrange transportation for guests in absence of Chief Concierge.
• Maintain hotel vehicles and ensure cleanliness.

Greeting all guest and acknowledge returned guest.

Conducting the Bell service activities such as luggage service upon guest's arrival and departure, luggage storage, message service, parcel and mail hand-over, information service, and other related tasks.

Assisting to arrange the transportation for guest in the absence of Chief Concierge.

Offer assistance to all guests and provide them with information requested and directions, escorting the guest whenever possible.

Ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the hotel's vehicle.
