Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Malaysian Registered Pharmacist to perform compounding in line with Good Compounding Practice and applicable Malaysian regulations. The role focuses on quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory compliance within a clinical pharmacy setting.

Ideal candidates will hold Full Registration with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board, possess a valid APC, and be prepared to support SOP development and regulatory inspections in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Malaysian Registered Pharmacist with full registration
  • Experience with Good Compounding Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements is preferred
  • Knowledge of MOH and regulatory documentation and SOPs is essential

A pharmaceutical compounding role requiring a Malaysian Registered Pharmacist to perform compounding in accordance with Good Compounding Practice (GCP) and relevant Malaysian regulations, ensuring quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

Perform pharmaceutical compounding in accordance with Good Compounding Practice (GCP) and relevant Malaysian regulations

Ensure quality assurance, documentation, and inventory management

Maintain compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) and regulatory requirements

Assist in establishing and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Work closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team

Maintain accurate compounding records and batch documentation

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development

Assist with pharmacy operations and regulatory inspections when required

About you

Be a Malaysian Registered Pharmacist

Hold Full Registration with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board (Lembaga Farmasi Malaysia)

Possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)

Be eligible to serve as a fully registered pharmacist under Malaysian regulatory requirements

Have good knowledge of pharmacy practice, documentation, and regulatory compliance

Previous experience in compounding pharmacy is an advantage, but candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
