Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Malaysian Registered Pharmacist to perform compounding in line with Good Compounding Practice and applicable Malaysian regulations. The role focuses on quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory compliance within a clinical pharmacy setting.

Ideal candidates will hold Full Registration with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board, possess a valid APC, and be prepared to support SOP development and regulatory inspections in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Malaysian Registered Pharmacist with full registration
• Experience with Good Compounding Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements is preferred
• Knowledge of MOH and regulatory documentation and SOPs is essential

Responsibilities

• Perform pharmaceutical compounding in accordance with GCP and Malaysian regulations
• Ensure quality assurance, proper documentation, and inventory management
• Maintain MOH compliance and regulatory records and SOPs
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare team for safe patient care
• Maintain accurate compounding records and batch documentation
• Assist with regulatory inspections and pharmacy operations
