Job summary

Oglaend Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Composite Technician / Pultrusion Operator to operate and monitor pultrusion machines and production equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will prepare raw materials, inspect finished products, and record data while maintaining safety and housekeeping.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing or composites, basic measurement skills, and flexibility to work shifts. Passing technical qualifications such as SPM/Certificate/Diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, composites, fiberglass, pultrusion, extrusion, or related industries.
• Able to use measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges.
• Basic understanding of quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pultrusion machines and production equipment.
