Job summary

Tristar Global Sdn. Bhd is seeking a proactive Compliance & Sustainability Executive to advance ISO 9001:2015, RSPO and ESG initiatives in a fast-paced trading environment in Malaysia. You will coordinate internal audits, support quality assurance, and drive sustainability programs.

The role requires 2–3 years in audit, compliance or sustainability, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Chemistry, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in system audit, compliance, or sustainability roles.
• Familiarity with ISO and RSPO standards is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and RSPO standards.
• Represent the company during external audits for ISO and RSPO certifications.
• Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to ensure quality assurance and manage corrective actions.
• Implement and manage the company’s ESG programs and activities.
• Plan and coordinate internal events including annual dinners, team-building activities, celebrations, and CSR initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end process of applying for business awards.

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance & Sustainability Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Audit & Compliance

Conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and RSPO standards.

Represent the company during external audits for ISO and RSPO certifications.

Quality Assurance Support

Liaise with internal department and external service providers to ensure quality assurance and manage correction actions.

Sustainability & ESG Initiatives

Implement and manage the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) programs and activities.

Corporate Events & Employee Engagement

Plan and coordinate internal events including annual dinners, team-building activities, celebrations, and CSR initiatives.

Organize training and maintain annual training records for internal and external audit purposes.

Business Awards Coordination

Manage the end-to-end process of applying for business awards by gathering necessary documentation and coordinating internally to participate in competition.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / Masters in Business Chemistry, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in system audit, compliance, or sustainability roles.

Familiarity with ISO and RSPO standards is an added advantage.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
