Your Mission
Act as the Quality Management Representative (QMR) to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Company's Quality Management System (QMS).
Lead and manage the planning, implementation, and continual improvement of the Company's management systems, including ISO 9001:2015, ISCC EU, RSPO Supply Chain Certification Standard (SCCS), MSPO Chain of Custody (CoC), and other applicable certification schemes.
Plan, coordinate, and lead internal audits, and follow-up activities to evaluate the effectiveness of the management systems, ensuring timely closure of audit findings, corrective actions, and continual improvement initiatives.
Coordinate certification, surveillance, and recertification audits by liaising with certification bodies, regulatory authorities, customers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure continuous compliance with certification requirements.
Manage and perform GHG emission calculations and prepare mass balance records in accordance with ISCC EU and RED II/RED III requirements, ensuring accurate data collection, traceability, compliance, and audit readiness while supporting sustainability reporting and certification activities.
Develop, review, and maintain documented information, including policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, records, and document control processes to ensure compliance with management system requirements.
Coordinate Management Review Meetings (MRM), monitor Quality Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Facilitate root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), risk and opportunity management, change management, and process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance.
Provide guidance, technical support, and training to process owners and employees to promote awareness, competency, and effective implementation of quality and sustainability management systems.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives by analysing process performance, identifying improvement opportunities, eliminating waste, and enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
Monitor compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, customer, and certification requirements, ensuring timely implementation of changes arising from new regulations, standards, and certification updates.
Promote a culture of quality, operational excellence, sustainability, and continual improvement throughout the organization by collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting business objectives.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head of Company or Management from time to time.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or any other related discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), operational excellence, process improvement, quality assurance, or related areas, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is preferred. Experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving ISO-based management systems, conducting internal audits, managing corrective and preventive actions, and driving operational improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
