Job summary

Zohorecruit in Cyberjaya, Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager, Compliance to support implementation and operation of the corporate compliance framework, reporting to the Head of Risk, Compliance & Sustainability. You will act as a key liaison between business units and regulators, providing the insights needed to maintain sound governance and transparent management decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Governance, Risk & Compliance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance the corporate compliance framework across the Group.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies; identify gaps for improvement.
• Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders for filings and audits.
• Provide compliance advisory and translate regulatory requirements into policies and controls.
• Deliver awareness programmes to strengthen compliance culture and accountability.
• Undertake additional assignments as directed by the Company.
