Job summary

ZICO Trust (M) Berhad is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead and oversee the organisation’s compliance framework and internal controls in Malaysia.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience, a Diploma or Degree in Compliance, Finance or Risk Management, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. You will monitor regulatory developments, develop policies, advise management, and liaise with regulators and auditors to ensure AML, governance and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant compliance experience.
• Diploma/Degree in Compliance, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Solid understanding of AML, regulatory requirements and compliance risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the organisation’s compliance framework and internal controls.
• Ensure business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess compliance risks.
• Develop and review compliance policies, procedures and controls.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide compliance advice to management and relevant departments.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and liaise with regulators, auditors and external parties.
• Ensure compliance with AML, corporate governance and other statutory requirements.
