Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Legal and Company Secretarial team across the Group.
• Deliver legal advisory and corporate governance services effectively.
• Develop team capabilities and ensure efficient operations within Legal and Company Secretarial.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters.
• Oversee drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of contracts and legal documents.
• Identify, assess, and manage legal risks with mitigation strategies.
• Support business decisions with timely legal guidance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, governance standards, and internal policies.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on impact.
• Establish and maintain legal and compliance frameworks, policies, procedures.
• Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel.
• Provide strategic advice on dispute resolution and settlements.
• Review documentation to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Ensure timely execution of corporate exercises and transactions.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
