Job summary

TNG Digital seeks a senior Compliance leader to drive governance, regulatory interpretation, and compliance advisory across the organisation in Malaysia. You will oversee policy lifecycle, risk controls, and stakeholder engagement to ensure robust governance and regulatory adherence.

With 8–10 years in financial services compliance, you will mentor teams, coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, and elevate governance standards in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 8–10 years of experience in compliance.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and regulatory interpretation.
• Experience advising on new products and complex regulatory matters in a regulated environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Compliance Governance & Advisory function to establish and maintain effective governance frameworks and provide regulatory advisory to the business.
• Oversee implementation of regulatory requirements across the organisation and provide independent challenge.
• Develop, implement and enhance compliance policies, standards and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory commitments, gaps, remediation actions, and escalate issues to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs on regulatory developments and ensure consistent interpretation across the organisation.
