Job summary

TNG Digital is seeking a Company Secretary to lead corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and board liaison activities. The role focuses on governance best practices, board communications, and timely filings in a fintech environment.

Ideal candidates have MAICSA/MACS credentials, 5–8 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills to work with senior leadership and regulators.

Qualifications

• Qualified Company Secretary with relevant local credentials.
• Experience in corporate governance, statutory filings, and compliance.
• Familiarity with fintech or regulated tech environments is a plus.
• Ability to manage board meetings, AGMs, and regulatory disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate governance matters and advise the board on duties.
• Organize and manage board and shareholder meetings, notices, minutes, and reports.
• Ensure timely regulatory filings with authorities and maintain compliance programs.
• Identify and mitigate governance and regulatory risks with cross-functional teams.
