Responsibilities

• Drive and transport CXOs to daily or instructed locations safely and on time.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles, performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Carry out minor vehicle maintenance tasks and address issues as needed.
• Manage company vehicles, ensuring proper servicing, cleanliness, and regular checks of engine, transmission, brake oil, radiator, and water levels.
• Deliver and collect documents and perform other miscellaneous office tasks as required.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all travel and related activities.

Provide safe and timely transportation for CXOs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.

Serve as the primary driver for executive travel, managing schedules and routes efficiently.

Uphold organizational expectations for conduct, confidentiality, and dependability at all times.

Responsibilities

• 1. Drive and transport CXOs to daily or instructed locations safely and on time.
• 2. Operate and maintain company vehicles, performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• 3. Conduct minor vehicle maintenance tasks and address issues as needed.
• 4. Manage company vehicles, ensuring proper servicing, cleanliness, and regular checks of engine, transmission, brake oil, radiator, and water levels.
• 5. Carry out additional services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation duties.
• 6. Deliver and collect documents and perform other miscellaneous office tasks as required.
• 7. Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all travel and related activities.
• 8. Maintain the safety and well-being of all passengers, including self, at all times.
• 9. Adhere to company policies prohibiting misuse of vehicles or company property for personal use.
• 10. Monitor vehicle condition proactively to prevent breakdowns and maintain operational readiness.

Qualification and Experience

• 1. Holds a minimum Certificate, Diploma, or SPM with relevant working experience.
• 2. At least 1 year of experience as a personal or company driver.
• 3. Demonstrate excellent conduct and integrity.
• 4. Proficient with GPS and navigation applications.
