Job summary

Infinity8 in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a responsible Company Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for the Director and to support staff travel as needed. The role requires discretion, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety.

You will manage the company vehicle by planning efficient routes, maintaining records, and arranging servicing, road tax, and insurance. Based in Kuala Lumpur with occasional travel within Malaysia for business needs and events.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a clean driving record.
• At least 3 years of professional driving experience (personal/executive/company driver).
• Familiar with Klang Valley routes.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable transportation for the Director to meetings, appointments, airports, and engagements.
• Transport employees for meetings, trainings, site visits, and other work-related tasks.
• Perform errands and support company events requiring transport.
• Maintain and manage the company vehicle, conduct routine inspections, and arrange servicing/renewals.

We are looking for a responsible, professional, and trustworthy Company Driver to provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation primarily for the Company's Director. The successful candidate will also support transportation needs for employees and company operations when required.This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to safety.

About the Role

1) Director Transportation

Provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for the Director to meetings, site visits, business appointments, airports, and other official engagements.

Plan efficient travel routes while considering traffic conditions and schedules.

Be available for flexible working hours based on the Director's business schedule, including occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director's business activities and personal information.

2) Employee & Business Support

Provide transportation for employees attending business meetings, training, site visits, or other work-related assignments as assigned.

Perform company-related errands such as document delivery, banking, purchasing, or collection of goods when required.

Support company events and operational activities that require transportation assistance.

3) Vehicle Management

Ensure the assigned company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition at all times.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or repair requirements.

Arrange for scheduled servicing, repairs, road tax renewal, insurance, and vehicle inspections as required.

Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, servicing, and travel logs.

4) Travel Requirements

Primarily based in Kuala Lumpur, with occasional travel to other locations within Malaysia as required.

Be prepared for overnight travel when business needs arise.

Requirements

Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a clean driving record

At least 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal, executive, or company driver

Familiar with routes in Klang Valley

Responsible, punctual, courteous, and well-groomed

Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity

Flexible to work beyond normal office hours when required

Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an added advantage.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday (8:30AM to 5:30PM), Friday (9AM to 5PM)

3 months contract with option of 3 months extension
