Job summary

MULTI CHOICE (M) SDN BHD is seeking a professional driver to safely transport the Director, management, staff, clients, or goods as instructed. You will maintain confidentiality and ensure vehicles are clean and in good working order.

You should be familiar with Penang, Kuala Lumpur, and major locations across Malaysia, able to handle outstation trips, and comfortable using Waze/Google Maps for navigation while complying with traffic laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, Company Driver, or Director's Driver.
• Familiarity with Penang, Kuala Lumpur, and major locations throughout Malaysia.
• Experience handling outstation trips and long-distance driving.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing, road tax, insurance, and vehicle inspection schedules.
• Able to use Waze and Google Maps confidently for navigation, route planning, and identifying alternative routes to avoid traffic or delays.
• Professional conduct, appearance, and courteous behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Safely and responsibly drive company vehicles to transport the Director, management, staff, clients, or goods as instructed
• Strictly follow instructions given by the Director or authorized superior without unnecessary questioning, unless clarification is required for safety or legality
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information related to the Director, management, company operations, schedules, discussions, documents, and destinations
• Ensure all information obtained in the course of duty remains private and is not disclosed to any third party
• Ensure company vehicles are always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Ensure timely servicing, inform superior prior to road tax renewal, insurance coverage, and vehicle inspections as scheduled
• Ensure punctuality and avoid delays
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times
• Assist with loading and unloading of documents, parcels, or items when required

About you
