Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced driver to provide safe and timely transportation for CXOs. You will serve as the primary driver for executive travel, manage schedules and routes, and uphold confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance, pre/post-trip inspections, document delivery, and occasional office tasks while ensuring passenger safety and adherence to company policies. A clean driving record and GPS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Holds a minimum Certificate, Diploma, or SPM with relevant working experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a personal or company driver.
• Demonstrate excellent conduct and integrity.
• Proficient with GPS and navigation applications.
• Maintain a valid driving license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive and transport CXOs to daily or instructed locations safely and on time.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles, performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Conduct minor vehicle maintenance tasks and address issues as needed.
• Manage company vehicles, ensuring proper servicing, cleanliness, and regular checks of engine, transmission, brake oil, radiator, and water levels.
• Carry out additional services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation duties.
• Deliver and collect documents and perform other miscellaneous office tasks as required.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all travel and related activities.
• Maintain the safety and well-being of all passengers, including self, at all times.
• Adhere to company policies prohibiting misuse of vehicles or company property for personal use.
• Monitor vehicle condition proactively to prevent breakdowns and maintain operational readiness.
