Hong Leong Bank is recruiting a Community Deposit Specialist in Malaysia to drive acquisition through lead generation, referrals, and customized sales proposals. The role focuses on building relationships with new and existing clients while achieving deposit targets.

You will conduct market research, participate in events, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience, with a strong emphasis on compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify leads to achieve acquisition goals.
• Source and develop client referrals to achieve acquisition goals.
• Develop sales proposals and customize by client.
• Schedule sales activity and ensure optimum pipeline generation.
• Make sales calls to new potential and existing clients.
• Negotiate effectively with clients.
• Conduct briefing and training to clients.
• Respond to sales enquiries by phone, electronically or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities to ensure sales closure and timely accounts.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
• Carry out market research and surveys.
• Participate in sales events and roadshows where applicable.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
• Collaborate with other departments to create a unified experience.
