Job summary

TERA data centers in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Head of Community Engagement to lead stakeholder relations for data center projects, building strong ties with local communities, residents associations, NGOs and authorities.

You will design and execute engagement strategies, drive social impact programs, and work with Government & Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Communications to convey project benefits.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in community relations and CSR/ESG.
• Experience engaging state government, local authorities and community stakeholders.
• Data center industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies for data center projects.
• Identify and map key community stakeholders.
• Manage engagement with residents' associations, NGOs and local authorities.
• Coordinate with Government & Regulatory Affairs on community-related matters.
• Provide regular updates to Head of Public Policy & Government Affairs Malaysia.
