SCG INTERNATIONAL (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks a Sales and Marketing Executive to develop and implement growth strategies, acquire new customers, and coordinate end-to-end commodity trading across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics in Malaysia.

You will build relationships with suppliers and customers, analyze market conditions, and drive performance while meeting targets. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1 year in commodity trading; MS Office proficiency and travel may be required.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Commodity Trading or related industries.
Exposure to both Sales and Operations.
Basic understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, and end-to-end trading.
Good command of Business English, spoken and written.
Chinese language skills would be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Mansioni

Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new customers and expand business opportunities within assigned markets and industries.
Manage end-to-end commodity trading activities, including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics coordination, to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers, customers, and business partners, while identifying new business opportunities and requirements from existing and potential customers.
Analyze and monitor commodity market conditions and price movements to identify competitors, business partners, new market requirements, trading opportunities, and potential risks.
Handle customers' requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective execution of trading activities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular business reports, including sales performance, business opportunities, and customer claims/complaints.
