Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Commis to join Merdeka Grill. You will provide excellent and consistent service to guests while preparing a high-quality food product and maintaining Hyatt International standards. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.

The ideal candidate has apprenticeship or diploma in Culinary Education, and at least 2 years of experience as a Commis in international hotels or F&B settings.

Qualifications

• Malaysian Citizens or Permanent Residents only due to work permit restrictions.
• Apprenticeship or professional diploma/degree in Culinary Education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Commis in international hotels or F&B establishments.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
